No, you don’t need to be home. The delivery driver will leave your meal box without a signature required. You can add delivery instructions for the courier driver in your account.
No, unfortunately we cannot. Delivery needs to be to a street address.
The courier will leave your carton in the designated mail room on the ground floor of the building or at the front desk of the complex. The courier is unable to deliver it to your door if you live in an apartment complex.
We use insulated packaging. As such, your meals will stay chilled in the carton for around 8 hours after delivery. However, if you are home when your delivery arrives, we recommend putting your goodies in the fridge to keep them as fresh as possible.
Yes this is no problem. However, the delivery is processed as a residential delivery, so we are unable to guarantee delivery during standard business hours. Deliveries are usually made between 8am – 6pm.
