  • How long can my delivery stay outside if I am not home to receive it?

We use insulated packaging. As such, your meals will stay chilled in the carton for around 8 hours after delivery. However, if you are home when your delivery arrives, we recommend putting your goodies in the fridge to keep them as fresh as possible.

  • Can I get delivery to a business address?

Yes this is no problem. However, the delivery is processed as a residential delivery, so we are unable to guarantee delivery during standard business hours. Deliveries are usually made between 8am – 6pm.

  • Why are your meals and recipes so healthy and nutritious?

A wholefoods plant-based diet is inherently very heathy and avoids all of the negatives associated with animal products.

We develop our recipes and meals using only wholefoods and natural ingredients that are extremely nutritionally dense. This ensures our meals are packed full of protein, vitamins, minerals, fibre antioxidants, healthy fats and all the goodness that you need for your body to thrive.

Further, our chefs are experts in plant-based and vegan cooking, bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to our kitchen on how to create delicious AND nutritious vegan meals.

  • Are your meals and recipes prepared by professional chefs?

They certainly are! We have a team of chefs who specialise in plant-based cooking. We prepare, cook and package all of our meals in our very own kitchen.

  • How much protein is in your meals?

Getting enough protein is easy with our meals. In fact, our “high-protein range” has the highest average protein content of all plant-based ready-made meals in Australia.

The protein value of each meal is listed on the Menu page here.

  • How big are your meals?

We offer two sizes in the majority of our meals – regular and large. Regular meals are typically around the 350g mark, and large meals are between 450g – 550g.

  • Are your meals gluten-free?

A lot of our meals are gluten-free. You can use the filter function on the menu page here to filter in meals that are gluten-free. You will find the glisten-free filter option under the Allergies tab in the filter.

  • Where do you get your produce and ingredients from?

We source all of our ingredients from local farmers and suppliers, ensuring our ingredients are as fresh as possible and travel as few “food miles” as possible to reach our kitchen. Not only does this maximise the nutritional value of our ingredients, it is better for the environment, so it is a win-win!

  • Where are your meals prepared?

Our meals are prepared, cooked and packaged in our very own plant-based kitchen in Melbourne.

  • How do you package each meal?

We package our meals using a modified atmospheric pressure (MAP) sealing machine. This alters the oxygen levels inside the meal container before it is sealed, which reduces oxidisation of the food, thereby increasing the shelf-life and overall quality of the food.

  • Is your packaging recyclable and/or biodegradable?

All of our packaging recyclable. Please visit our dedicated recycling page here to find out more about all of our packaging and how it can be reused or recycled.

  • Will my meals and/or ingredients be delivered fresh or frozen?

All ready-made meals and meal kit ingredients are delivered fresh and chilled.

  • How long will my ready-made meals stay fresh?

Our ready-made meals will stay fresh for 12-14 days. A recommended use-by date will be visible on each meal.

The reason your meals will stay fresh for so long is because we package your meals using a special modified atmospheric pressure (MAP) packaging machine which draws oxygen out of the meal container, significantly reducing the rate of oxidisation.

  • Can I freeze my ready-made meals?

Yes, you can. However, it is our suggestion to enjoy your meal whilst it is fresh, so it is as delicious as possible! With that said, considering our meals are made from plant-based ingredients, you can definitely freeze them, and the quality will be maintained.

  • How do I heat up my ready-made meals?

Our meals are packaged in microwave and oven safe containers. Please refer to the instructions on each meal for the best way to reheat that particular meal.

If you choose to use the oven, remove the film first and heat to no hotter than 180 degrees.
