As soon as your order is placed it is automatically added to the weekly production schedule. As such, please review your order once it has been placed and contact us immediately if you have made a mistake.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, because the meals have already been added to the production schedule. However, we may be able to substitute meals or correct a mistaken order if you contact us immediately.
If you receive your order and any of the meals are different to what you ordered online, or damaged, please contact us on (03) 9088 2022 or email@example.com. We will provide a refund for these meals.
